Okay this is gonna be a very interesting video first of all my belly is a lot bigger than it used to be but I want to show you guys how I target the fat in my belly area and something that works for me I said before in English but also a pizza and french fries and how to stick with it but this is something you can do to target the fat in your belly you’ll need some plastic wrap or saran wrap I if you have a white ceinture or a body shaper you can use that also so I usually use my waist cincher and you know I know some people have their feelings about these things about how they feel about the waist cincher whenever is going to get to your body okay yes anything is damaging to your body if you don’t use it properly okay it is just like alcohol you don’t change one glass one ain’t going to kill you but if you sitting there now this thing right here angle a lot it’s not that easy to put on by myself first I like to put the person calm though at the first agon should then I work for
